MINYAK MENTAH TURUN DI BAWAH USD100

N.Y. Oil Falls, Brent Drops Below $100, as OPEC Signals No Cuts

Sept. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Crude oil fell to a five-month low in New York and Brent oil in London dropped below $100 a barrel as the Saudi Arabian and Venezuelan oil ministers signaled that OPEC will maintain production levels when it meets today in Vienna.

Crude oil for October delivery fell $3.08, or 2.9 percent, to $103.26 a barrel at 2:48 p.m. on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Futures touched $101.74, the lowest since April 2, as prices fell for the seventh day in eight. Prices have dropped 30 percent from a record $147.27 on July 11.

Brent crude oil for October settlement declined $3.10, or 3 percent, to settle at $100.34 a barrel on London's ICE Futures Europe, the lowest settlement price since April 1. Futures touched $98.94, the lowest intraday price since March 25. The contract has dropped nine straight days, the longest stretch since 1988.

Adakah mereka kini dibebani oleh masalah dalam parti yang tidak berkesudahan hingga lupa tanggungjawab kepada Majikan/Rakyat yang melantik mereka. Kini Hari Raya Aidilfitri bakal menjelang. Persiapan untuk melihat anak-anak ceria di hari lebaran bercampur-baur. Tambahan pula dengan pengumuman Pak Lah yang hanya akan menurunkan minyak pada akhir tahun sekiranya harga terus setabil di bawah paras USD109. Kini harga berada pada paras USD102 dan sesekali jatuh dibawah USD100. Adakah kini Rakyat terpaksa menyara/memberi subsidi negara pulak di atas kelemahan Pak Lah.

Dikala rakyat terpaksa mengikat perut untuk membeli susu anak yang terus naik tak turun-turun, harga beras yang masih kekal tinggi dan lain-lain barang keperluan yang tidak menunjukkan penurunan. Cuma hujan sahaja yang turun.... .itupun di Utara tanahair. Diharap mereka yang ditimpa musibah diberi kekuatan dan kesabaran di bulan Ramadhan Al-Mubarak ini.
