Stop blaming the civil service, the police, the MACC, the judiciary and the rest for being subservient to the government. It is our fault that this has happened because we allowed it by voting BN into power every election since independence.
We all agree that they - meaning the public services - are there to serve the BN government and not the people of Malaysia... 'Kakitangan kerajaan.... bukan kakitangan awam/rakyat'. For this, we have to thank Dr Mahathir Mohamad who set the process in motion some 30 years ago.
Today, we see so clearly that the rot has set in. With the removal of the "independence" in our judiciary, the rot started and it spread to all areas of the civil service, the police, etc. They did it because BN leaders said so..... and because of your vote.
Once again, stop blaming the BN. It is us the people, especially those eligible to vote, who put them in power in the first place.
So stop crying foul and start doing something about it. We can start with registering every Malaysian who is eligible to vote and convincing them of the need for 'change' in our present system.
